- Question: How long will the food stay cold/hot?
- Answer: Our Thermo-guard™ insulation will keep your food at the proper temperature for 5-8 hours depending on the outside temperature. Separate cold/hot packs are also available to keep your perishables fresh longer.
- Question: Is there enough space for food ?
- Answer: Almost all of our products have ample storage space for all of the items that make a picnic complete. Many of our products feature insulated food sections, wine duffels, and food storage containers.
- Question: Can I buy just the empty basket for my picnic?
- Answer: Yes, we offer a selection of empty baskets.
- Question: What are the recommended care instructions?
- Answer: We recommend cleaning your products with a damp cloth or sponge.
- Question: What kind of warranty do you have on your products?
- Answer: We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our products. Please see terms page. Every item is designed to be both attractive and durable, and made of the highest quality materials. We use bar-tech stitching to reinforce pocket seams designed for a lifetime of use. All insulated baskets are handmade from top quality rattan, bamboo, and willow. Leather straps and metal hinges and latches add strength and functionality. All of our items pass through a three stage quality control process to insure that your goods arrive in perfect condition.

- Answer: Our product categories are listed on the left side of the page in the navigation bar. You can also use the "search by keyword" box found on each page for specific searches.

- Answer: We have made our selection process easy and convenient. After selecting the item that you would like to purchase just click on “add to cart.” Next select either "continue shopping" or "check out." The final step is to complete the shipping information and select your method of payment - Credit Card or PayPal.

- Question: What if the item I order is not in stock?
- Answer: Normally all of our products are in stock. In the unlikely event that the item you order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail, and inform you of the new estimated delivery date.
- Question: Will I be charged sales tax?
- Answer: If your order is shipped to a Wisconsin or California address you will be charged the current applicable sales tax. Orders shipped to locations other than Wisconsin or California will not be charged sales tax.
- Question: Do you have a handling charge?
- Answer: No, we do not have a handling charge.
- Question: What company name will appear on my credit card statement showing my purchase?
- Answer: Our corporate name, Howard Henry LLC, will appear on your credit card statement.
- Question: Can you gift wrap my purchase?
- Answer: Items that are from Picnic Time Inc. can be gift wrapped for a nominal fee of $6.00 per package. We would be happy to include a gift card for you at no charge for the same items.
- Question: Can you ship my purchase to a different address other than my billing address?
- Answer: Yes, we can ship to a different address, but we will still need your billing address for the credit card payment.
- Question: Do you offer rush delivery?
- Answer: Yes, we offer rush delivery upon request. An additional charge will apply. Please email us with your request.
