All products are normally in stock. In the event of an out of stock item, you will be notified via e-mail with the new estimated delivery date.

Warranty
Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. Our warranty applies when the product is used for the purpose intended, and does not apply to damage caused by typical wear and tear, unreasonable use, or neglect.
Refunds and Returns

You may return merchandise within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with it - and if it is in new, unused, original condition as stated in our warranty above, for a full refund, less the shipping cost. You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which must be pre-paid.

In the unlikely event that your purchase is defective on arrival, please notify us immediately so we can issue a return authorization or arrange to replace the defective item. You may e-mail us at picnicbaskets@gmail.com.

If your purchase has been damaged in transit you must keep the original shipping box and packaging material from the original shipping company (UPS or FED EX). Please contact the shipping company that originally delivered your package to make a claim.

Abused and used merchandise will not be refunded.
Return Directions

We will then issue a Return Authorization Code for your return (RAC).

Write the RAC on the copy of the original invoice (enclosed in the return package) and on the outside of the box. Returns without the RAC code will be refused.

Pack the returned item in the original box with the original packing material, and enclose a copy of the original invoice stating the reason for the return.

Please return the product using the original carrier.

You will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
